The Hive Hub is where you'll find the contact form to contact our Helper Bees as well as have an overview of all the queries you've sent in the progress of them.

To open Hive Hub, click on the question mark at the bottom of your portal and then click on 'Hive Hub'.
This will open the Hive Hub on a new page.
Here you will see "Submit a request", here is a form to send a query through to our team. We have a list of categories for you to submit your request under, this will make sure that your ticket is forwarded to the best person!
Once you've filled in the above form, remember to click "submit"
