Technical integration: connecting your Shopify shop to the Hive App

Please connect your Shopify shop to the Hive by following the steps below (or follow the video walkthrough 🎥)

<aside> 🎥 Installing the Hive Shopify App

You should have received an email with the topic “Activate your Hive account” asking you to activate your Hive App account. Please click on Activate your account and create your first password.
Log in to your Shopify and copy your MyShopify URL. The MyShopify URL should have the following format and can be found in the URL bar when you have your Shopify shop open: **your-shop-name.myshopify.com**
In the Hive App go to Settings → Connected shops and under connected shops paste the MyShopify URL in the Shopify field. Click on Connect.
A new window will open in which you can install the Hive Shopify App in your Shopify shop. Click on install.
It could take a few minutes to sync the SKUs and / or orders from your shop.

<aside> ❗ If you’re integrating another Shopify shop after your onboarding, please always inform your Hive Account Manager of it and align with them on when fulfillment should be started for this extra shop.
