Activate your Order Desk account by clicking the confirmation email received in your personal inbox.
When your credentials are active access the platform:
On the sidebar, navigate to Manage Integrations and search for the desired shop using the search bar.
Once the desired shop is identified, click on Enable.
Proceed to complete the login into your shop, through Order desk, in order to authorize the integration
The configuration of each shop category with Order Desk is unique and there could be differences in the following settings:
Connect with you Account Manager to receive support on setting up the different settings and evaluate the stability of the integration.
