Payment method configuration

To set the option to let your customers pay for the orders when are delivered (Cash On Delivery), please add or edit the name of the payment method in your shop adding the word “COD”.

For example, the payment method could be named as follows:

1. (Pagamento in contrassegno COD) Payment on Delivery COD
2. (Pagamento alla consegna COD )Delivery payment COD
3. (Pagamento) Payment COD
4. COD

Activate COD reimbursement

In order to receive COD orders reimbursements, please remember to add the following information on the Set- up Sheets, in the delivery carrier selection tab:

• Email address to which you would like to receive COD payment reports
• Bank Name
• Account holder Name
• IBAN
