Categorizing your products and setting them to Fulfilled by Hive
- Your shop products are automatically imported into the Hive App. When they are imported, you need to categorize your SKUs and set the right ones to Fulfilled by Hive to ensure that Hive knows which SKUs to send for specific orders.
- To categorize your SKUs, please click on the banner “Categorize your items” in the Inventory tab in the Hive App and then set all SKUs that should be sent out by Hive to ‘Fulfilled by Hive’.
- If you have multiple shop products that are physically exactly the same (e.g. if you sell the same product in multiple shops), you can connect them to the same Hive SKU to ensure that the same product is shipped out no matter through which of the shop products an order came in.

Setting up your bundles
Please set up bundles for all products that are actually sets of individual SKUs that should be sent to your customers. Setting up bundles ensures that Hive knows that multiple SKUs (or units of one SKU) should be sent to your customers when a certain set is ordered.

Setting up your add-on rules
If you want us to put add-ons (e.g. flyers) in every order or based on conditions, please create an SKU for these add-ons in your shop and set up the add-on rules in the settings of the Hive App. See the two video explanations below.
