Hive can track the batches of your products.
When batch tracking is enabled for an SKU, Hive will record a Tracking ID and the Expiry date for the batch.
To have batch tracking enabled, please add the name
and the Hive App link to all SKUs
for which you want to enable batch tracking in the batch tracking tab of your Hive Set-Up Sheet.
<aside> 💡 If you want to enable batch tracking for a new SKU after your onboarding, please inform the Customer Support team through the Hive Hub. Please always include the links to the SKUs in the Hive App for which batch tracking needs to be enabled.
