Providing returns processing guidelines

Please let us know how we should process your returns by adding your returns processing guidelines **HERE** in the Hive App. If you want to make use of the sendbacks process, please create a sendbacks SKU in your shop, categorize it, and set it to fulfilled by Hive:

1. Visit your shop admin page
2. Create a new SKU not visible for your customers called “your_brand_name_Sendbacks"

Categorize the SKU in the hive app and set it to fulfilled by Hive.
