How to set up service point delivery in Shopify (for Merchants)

  1. In Settings go to Shipping and delivery ⚙ī¸

  3. Check if the country/region you want to create delivery options for is already in the list. If not, select Create shipping zone to create a set of rules for a specific country/region. For each region you want to offer a selection, click on Add rate 🌍

  4. Select Set up your own rates 👆

  5. Put Service Point Delivery in the rate name field 💡

  6. If your shop is available in more than one language, make sure that there is a common, distinct element for each option across languages. đŸ—ŖđŸ‡Ģ🇷đŸ‡Ŧ🇧

    This can be

    a word e.g. Livraison Point Relais [FR] & Service Point Delivery [EN] 🔤

    a number e.g. **1.**Livraison Point Relais [FR] and **1.**Service Point Delivery [EN] đŸ”ĸ

    or a symbol e.g. Livraison Point Relais__ [FR] and Service Point Delivery__ [EN] #ī¸âƒŖ

  1. Inform your Account Manager which rate name refers to which delivery option and which option should be available in specific countries/regions 🌍
