This process step is not necessary and only applies if, as a merchant, you want to use Mondial Relay as a delivery carrier. The below is for Shopify but the same wording applies to other shop systems.

How to set up service point delivery in your e-shop (for Merchants)

  1. In Settings go to Shipping and delivery โš™๏ธ

  2. Go to manage rates ๐Ÿ’ป

  3. Check if the country/region you want to create delivery options for is already in the list. If not, select Create shipping zone to create a set of rules for a specific country/region. For each region you want to offer a selection, click on Add rate ๐ŸŒ

  4. Select Set up your own rates ๐Ÿ‘†

  5. Put Service Point Delivery in the rate name field ๐Ÿ’ก

  6. If your shop is available in more than one language, make sure that there is a common, distinct element for each option across languages. ๐Ÿ—ฃ๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง

    This can be:

    a word e.g. Livraison Point Relais [FR] & Service Point Delivery [EN] ๐Ÿ”ค

    a number e.g. **1.**Livraison Point Relais [FR] and **1.**Service Point Delivery [EN] ๐Ÿ”ข

    or a symbol e.g. Livraison Point Relais__ [FR] and Service Point Delivery__ [EN] #๏ธโƒฃ

    โ†’ The recommended (FR) wording from Mondial Relay is the following: Livraison en point de retrait Mondial Relay (choix aprรจs le paiement)

  1. Inform your Account Manager which rate name refers to which delivery option and which option should be available in specific countries/regions ๐ŸŒ
  2. That's it! ๐ŸŽ‰ We take care of the rest and our carrier selection algorithm makes sure that each order is delivered according to the customers' choice ๐Ÿšš
